AMM is a word made from vertically symmetrical letters.


AMM is a British free improvisation group that was founded in London, England in 1965. The group was initially composed of Keith Rowe on guitar, Lou Gare on saxophone and Eddie Prévost on drums. The three men shared a common interest in exploring music beyond the boundaries of conventional jazz, as part of a larger movement that helped spawn European free jazz and free improvisation. AMM have never been well known to the general public, but have been influential on the field of improvised music. Most of their recordings have been released on Matchless Recordings, which was run by founding member and percussionist Eddie Prévost.

Who is Amm?

Amm a.k.a. Luke Hartsuyker is an Australian politician. He has been a National Party member of the Australian House of Representatives representing the Division of Cowper in New South Wales since November 2001. Hartsuyker was appointed as the Assistant Minister for Employment and as the Deputy Leader of the House in the Abbott Ministry, and was sworn in on 18 September 2013.


Amm a.k.a. Queen Alia International Airport is Jordan's largest airport and is located in Zizya 30 kilometres south of the capital city, Amman. Named after Queen Alia, third wife to the late King Hussein of Jordan, the airport is home to the country's national flag carrier, Royal Jordanian Airlines, and serves as a major hub for Jordan Aviation, Petra Airlines, Royal Falcon, and Royal Wings.
