- Albert Lewis a.k.a. Al Lewis was an American character actor best known for his role as Count Dracula lookalike "Grandpa Munster," opposite Fred Gwynne's and Yvonne DeCarlo's characters on the CBS television series The Munsters and its subsequent film versions. Later in life, he was also a restaurant owner, political candidate, and radio broadcaster.

- Albert Lewis: Albert E. Lewis was a Broadway and film producer. Born in Poland his family emigrated to the Lower East Side of Manhattan, New York, when he was a boy. He became a vaudeville comedian, then started a partnership producing one-act plays for vaudeville. Around 1930 he moved to Hollywood, and worked as a film producer with Paramount, RKO and MGM until after World War II.

Lewis was a leading American Conservative rabbi, scholar, and author; President of the Rabbinical Assembly, the international organization of Conservative rabbis; and Vice-President of The World Council of Synagogues. In 2009, the award-winning author, Mitch Albom, wrote about Lewis, his childhood rabbi, as the main character in the non-fiction book, Have a Little Faith.
