  1. "Above Suspicion" is an American spy film distributed by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer starring Joan Crawford and Fred MacMurray, and directed by Richard Thorpe. The screenplay was adapted from the novel Above Suspicion by Helen MacInnes, which is loosely based on the life experiences of MacInnes and her husband, Gilbert Highet.
  2. "Above Suspicion" is a 1995 suspense thriller written by William H. Macy, who also has a small role in the film. The film stars Christopher Reeve as a paralyzed police officer who plots to murder his unfaithful wife and her lover.
