Patiala is a genus of Oedemeridae, described by Lewis in 1895.

Place

Patiala: Royal patiala Patiala is a city in southeastern Punjab, in northern India. It is the fourth largest city in the state and is the administrative capital of Patiala district. Patiala is located around the Qila Mubarak. It was constructed by militiamen Sardar Lakhna and Baba Ala Singh in 1763. Lakhna stated that "Ala Singh will be sitting ruler while I should be the standing ruler of the state".
