  1. Toluca is a city in Marshall County, Illinois. The population was 1,414 at the 2010 census, up from 1,339 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Peoria, Illinois, Metropolitan Statistical Area.
  2. Toluca a.k.a. Toluca, North Carolina: Toluca is an unincorporated community in both Lincoln, and Cleveland counties. It is located south of Laurel Hill, at the intersection of NC 27, and NC 18, near NC 27's western terminus at NC 10. Fallston Community Volunteer Fire Department responds to fire-related problems including wrecks, there in the Toluca area. Fallston's fire district ends where highway 10 meets highway 18.
