YAML was first proposed by Clark Evans in 2001, who designed it together with Ingy döt Net and Oren Ben-Kiki. It is available for several programming languages.
  2. YAML is a cross-browser CSS framework. It allows web designers a low-barrier website with comparatively little effort to create. For various content management systems, integrations of the YAML layouts have been created. These include WordPress, LifeType, TYPO3, Joomla, xt: Commerce and Drupal.
